  10. Upload the application on the hub you wish to pull mail from.  The hub
  11. will call your system and approve or decline your application.  If you
  12. have been approved you will then have to submit the fee to the host bbs
  13. by mail as listed below.

  22. All applications must be accompanied by a CDN$ 40 (+ $2.80 GST), or 
  23. US$ 30 ONE TIME sign-up fee.

  25. This fee will be waived for all applications received prior to 1 June 96.

  28. at 416-252-1133, as long as the fee is paid on-line with Visa.  That
  29. way we can notify your hub to turn you on faster.
